Camping
If you are
a merchant or camping, you will need to pick up a parking pass,
The passes will need to be displayed in your vehicle on the driver's
side dash. Note, College Way will be closed the day of the
event. The passes will be available at either gate or the autocrat's
station.
Notice
has been given by Pacific University staff, that vehicles will not
be allowed to drive on the campus lawn or pathways.
That means that campers and merchants need to be prepared to pack
gear to their spot. Please look over the campus map to locate
a parking area that is closest to your intended area. We are
very sorry for this inconvenience, but it cannot be avoided.
Maps Page HERE.
Pre-registration is required for both non-merchants, SCA and non-SCA
participants. Please contact the Autocrat Team.
Site opens
at 3:00 pm on Friday for campers and merchants. At this present
time, there are no
site
fees, but we DO need to you pre-register. Please send the autocrat an
email (on the contact page) with how many
of you are coming and approximate land requirements, so we can order the
correct number of biffies and other support services.
If you have special needs or
disabilities, please let us know so that we can plan for them. We would
like you to contact us before April 20th. Thanks!
All SCA &
non-SCA
members must sign in! The gate is located at the west entrance to
the campus on College Way. If arriving after dark, the gate
will be at the Event Steward's pavilion, look for the oval King Rene'
tent & yellow roses! The site has running
hose
water available, raised Fire pits (SCA approved) are allowed.
Camping is behind Marsh Hall (see event site map). The site is
discreetly wet and within city limits, so city ordinances apply.
Please be aware you will be setting up on the soft college lawn, so
be careful, and let's keep the campus staff happy by leaving the
area cleaner than it was before we came!!
Police your
area!
If you have more questions,
don't hesitate to contact the Autocrat for
more information. |
