Site opens at 3:00 on Friday.
Be sure to pick up a "parking pass" at gate, for merchants & campers,
as college way will be closed to through traffic on the day of the
event.
There will be no site fee for SCA merchants, as the SCA is co-sponsoring this event. Merchants will be asked for their SCA number
and merchant information. Non SCA merchants have the option of
joining the SCA, or paying a nominal fee to the
university.
We DO need you to pre-register
and obtain a space assignment. Please BE SURE to fill out
all information relating to size of foot print needed, description
of merchandise, web site address, special needs, etc.
Please note, All merchants are
asked to allow for a set-back of 5 feet from path to allow for
traffic flow. This will be strictly observed.
Merchant Web sites: Please be sure to include your website and email
address, as we will be setting up a link to your website. If you do
not have a website and would like to have one for this event, please
indicate that on the registration form. We will have the
webmaster contact you with what she will need you to provide.
