Musicians, dancers, singers, story tellers and Court of the Barons of Dragon’s Mist will be taking place all day. Check schedule for times.

Combat on the Tourney Field
Watch the armored and rapier fighters of the SCA compete on the tourney field. Watch thrown weapons experts test their skill hitting targets at a distance. See map for locations.

Demonstrations
Members of the SCA will be demonstrating crafts of the Middle Ages throughout the day. Feel free to ask questions or try your hand at many of these activities. Consult schedule for times of specific offerings.

Family Activities
Families are invited to explore the arts activities that will be held all day in in the Family Activity Pavilion, please see map. Children are encouraged to visit all of the activity stations to create a bead necklace to take home. Complete a necklace and receive a prize in the FA pavilion.

What is the SCA?
The Society for Creative Anachronism (SCA) is an international organization dedicated to researching and re-recreating the arts and skills of pre-17th century Europe. Our “Known World” consists of 19 kingdoms, with over 30,000 members residing in countries around the world. Members, dressed in clothing of the Middle Ages and Renaissance, attend events which feature tournaments, royal courts, feasts, dancing, various classes & workshops, and more.
